This Privacy Policy describes how Agentic World Cup (“Agentic World Cup,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you visit or interact with our website. Agentic World Cup is based in San Francisco, California, United States. By using the site you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

We collect the following personal information:

• Email address — when you join the waitlist or otherwise contact us.
• Address — including state, province, ZIP/postal code, and city, where you provide it (for example, in connection with a payment).
• Nation you back — the team you choose to support when you join the waitlist.

With your consent, we also collect usage data through analytics cookies — including the pages you view, the site that referred you, your approximate location, and your device and browser. Separately, we keep an aggregate, cookieless count of page views that stores nothing on your device and runs regardless of your cookie choice (see Analytics below).

How we use your information

• To operate the waitlist and notify you when Agentic World Cup opens.
• To understand which nations have the most interest, in aggregate.
• To send you emails you have opted in to receive.
• To process payments for products or services you buy from us.
• To measure and improve site traffic and performance, with your consent.
• To respond to your questions and requests.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not show ads or use your information for remarketing.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics (Google LLC) to understand site traffic. Analytics cookies load only after you accept them — if you reject, no Google Analytics cookies are set and no Google analytics script runs. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer. Google processes this data on our behalf; see Google’s Privacy Policy.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics (Cloudflare, Inc.) for basic, aggregate page-view counts. The analytics script sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, and does not build a profile of you or follow you across sites or visits. Because it stores nothing on your device, it falls outside the cookie banner and runs regardless of your consent choices. It reports only aggregate details of each page request — the page viewed, the referring site, browser type, and a coarse country-level location. Cloudflare derives visit counts from request data (such as IP address) transiently on its servers; this data is not stored or used to identify you. We rely on our legitimate interest in understanding site usage for this minimal measurement.

Email

If you opt in to hear from us, we use Mailchimp (Intuit Inc.) to manage our mailing list and send emails. Your email address is shared with Mailchimp solely for this purpose. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. See Mailchimp’s Privacy Policy.

Payments

If you pay for a product or service, your payment is handled by the processor you choose. We do not store your full card details. The processors we use are:

• Apple App Store In-App Payments
• Google Play In-App Payments
• PayPal
• Stripe
• Square

Each processor handles your payment information under its own privacy policy.

Cookies & consent

We ask before loading any analytics cookies. Strictly necessary cookies that make the site work are always on. You can review or withdraw your consent for analytics at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer.

How we share information

We share personal information only with the service providers that help us run the site — Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and the payment processors listed above — and only as needed for them to provide their service. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention & deletion

We keep waitlist emails until launch and for a reasonable period afterward, and other information for as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law. To have your data removed, contact us at the address below.

Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA gives you the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose.
• Request access to or a copy of your personal information.
• Request deletion of your personal information.
• Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — note that we do not sell or share your personal information.
• Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

Your rights under GDPR

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal information, and the right to data portability. Where we rely on consent (for analytics and marketing emails), you may withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing. We process your personal information on the basis of your consent, our legitimate interest in operating and improving the site, and, for payments, the performance of a contract. CalOPPA

Consistent with the California Online Privacy Protection Act, we will notify you of any material changes to this policy by updating the effective date above. We honor Do Not Track signals to the extent we do not track you across third-party sites for advertising — we do not serve ads or use remarketing.

Children’s privacy

Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page.
